House on a Hill is a historic property in Twin Lakes dating back to 1894. It has been restored as a vintage modern space suited for any celebration. The event venue is a cleanly designed, white toned with gold accented space intended as a blank slate for you to decorate as you choose.

• We only take one event rental per day
• Rentals are all day from 12pm-12am
• We welcome any/all licensed and insured vendors, including caterers
• The main area is nearly 4,000 sq ft not including the separate foyer/entrance area and bathrooms all on one level for easy private access
• The space fits up to 300 seated (no room for dance space) but fits 200-250+ comfortably with ample dance space
• Your personal on-site event liaison will be with you throughout your event
• The rental time includes any set-up or clean-up required for your event While we handle general cleaning between events, all decor, garbage, food, etc. must be removed and disposed of by the renter(s) before the end of the agreed rental time so as to not incur additional charges
• No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building, though there is ample space outside for guests to smoke
